Birgit Sambeth est co-responsable de notre équipe de résolution des litiges. En tant qu'ancienne juge suppléante et conciliatrice judiciaire, agissant en tant que médiatrice et arbitre, elle est reconnue comme une spécialiste de la résolution des litiges avant-gardiste, holistique et stratégique, et est régulièrement nommée en tant que Tiers pour prévenir et résoudre des litiges complexes, internationaux et nationaux dans des contrats commerciaux et internationaux d'agence/distribution, des transactions M&A, des projets de construction, des questions d'emploi et de famille/héritage, souvent avec des composantes interculturelles et multilingues.
