Altenburger acted as Swiss legal advisor to Schulthess Maschinen AG in this transaction.
Schulthess, a Swiss washing technology group, has acquired Solasa group, a Swiss national leader in providing sales and maintenance services for white goods and turnkey residential laundry services.
The team was co-led by Thierry Thormann and Ralph Imoberdorf and further included Manuel Moor, Céline Spahn, Chloé Groenendijk and Léa Link (all M&A) as well as Isabelle Meyer (Regulatory) and Syolene Fenaroli (Employment).
